Vaccination Online Booking

IMMUNISATION FACTS:

The flu (or influenza) and COVID-19 infection are highly contagious viral infections of the respiratory tract that can cause severe illness and life-threatening complications within all age groups.

The best protection against influenza is annual vaccination, with annual flu vaccination recommended for everyone over 6 months of age.

The best protection against COVID-19 infection is to ensure your vaccination status is up to date.

It is recommended that all adults over 65 years receive a 2023 COVID-19 vaccine booster if their last COVID-19 vaccine dose or confirmed infection was at least 6 months ago. The same applies to those adults over 18 years who have health conditions that contribute to an increased risk of severe COVID-19 disease.

Adults between 18 and 64 years, without an increased risk of severe COVID-19 disease, should also consider receiving a 2023 COVID-19 vaccine booster if their last COVID-19 vaccine dose or confirmed infection was at least 6 months ago. The same applies to those children between 5 and 17 years who have health conditions that contribute to an increased risk of severe COVID-19 disease.

Up-to-date vaccination against both viruses is the best protection you can take! You can safely receive your COVID-19 booster and your flu vaccination at the same time.
